Atexpo.online is a comprehensive platform for managing virtual exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
One of the key features of Atexpo.online is the ability to attract and enroll sponsors before your event. When you create and publish your event on Atexpo.online, a dedicated landing page is generated to attract both potential sponsors (exhibitors) and visitors. You can view a sample of a virtual expo here (https://atexpo.online/21). This page features two primary buttons: “Register to visit” and “Reserve a booth.”
Promoting this link to potential sponsors allows them to click on “Reserve a booth” and to potential visitors for pre-registration. Sponsors can set up their booths autonomously via their Booth panel. As the event organizer, you will have access to all potential sponsors and their contact details for further communication. Booths are published only after you validate them.
If you decide to stop enrolling sponsors, you can remove the “Reserve a booth” button through your Event panel, leaving only the “Register to visit” button for easier visitor registration. You can still manually add new booths if necessary.
Atexpo.online offers flexible payment options for purchasing exhibition slots. Event organizers can pay using bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) or via SWIFT transfer to our company in Ukraine. For those facing difficulties with international payments due to strict foreign currency regulations, we offer alternative solutions.
After payment, you will receive additional promo codes for booth publishing in your Event panel. These codes can be distributed to your sponsors (each promo code is valid for one-time use). Upon creating your event on Atexpo.online, you automatically receive 5 slots (5 virtual booths) for free. If these 5 booths meet your needs, you can conduct your event entirely for free.
For each additional booth, a fee of $29 USD is applicable, payable by card either one at a time or in bulk. You do not need to purchase slots until you have confirmed sponsor participation. Promote your event through social media, newspapers, Google, and other channels to find sponsors. Payments are only required for publishing a virtual booth and can also be made directly by your sponsors through their Booth panel. Note that the $29 USD payment is specific to the Atexpo.online platform, and event organizers may charge exhibitors additional fees. However, Atexpo.online is merely a facilitator and is not responsible for the content of your event, which is managed solely by you, the event organizer.
Our team is dedicated to providing all necessary technical support during your event. However, you might find our platform intuitive enough that you won’t need much assistance. You can set up your event in your Event panel, exhibitors can manage their booths in their Booth panels (with your validation), and visitors can navigate your event and interact with exhibitors. Exhibitors can chat with visitors, exchange business cards, and add expo materials to their virtual portfolios for further use.
