Create an exhibition and set the terms for participation for both exhibitors and visitors. Advertise the exhibition on Google and social networks. The exhibition organizer can distribute promo codes for exhibitors with own booths (up to 10 booths at no cost). Validate the booths and manage your event.

The exhibitor (booth owner) is responsible for populating their booth with information about their company or product. They can add banners, presentations (in .pdf format), videos (via YouTube links), and contact details. Participants can independently pay for their booth rental directly to the "Atexpo.online" platform after approval by the event organizer.

Visitors register and enter through the event lobby, which serves as a personalized landing page for your event, designed based on the information you provide about the event. The Event Lobby is accessible to everyone both prior to and during the duration of your event

Once the event commences, registered visitors can access the conference and booths. The exhibitor sets up the conference, which should be broadcast on YouTube, seamlessly integrated with the Atexpo.online platform

In the list of booths, visitors can easily search for exhibitors using keywords and can filter them by pavilions (these features set by the event organizer). Each booth showcases banners, tailored to the chosen design, alongside information about the company, presentations, videos, and contact details. Visitors have the option to rate the stand. Furthermore, each participant can share a direct link to their stand, enhancing the amount of visitors for your event

Each attendee of the event can fill out their business card, detailing contact information, social network links, and specific areas of interest to facilitate optimal connections. Their personal portfolio will keep track of the booths they've visited and allow them to save selected presentations, videos, or business cards. Visitors have the option to share their business cards at booths. On the other hand, exhibitors (booth owners) can freely exchange their business cards or start conversations with attendees in the main chat

This is a virtual platform that allows you to create and attend exhibition events and conferences online. As the Event Organizer, you can set up your own event in the “Event Cabinet,” which provides functionality for uploading banners, populating sections of the Lobby (the landing page of your event), creating a conference (the YouTube broadcast is displayed on Atexpo.online), configuring exhibitor and visitor registration, viewing statistics, and more. You also have the option to advertise your event (promote the link to your event’s Lobby landing page) to increase the number of exhibitors and visitors. Exhibitors validated by the Event Organizer can populate their virtual stands with company information, add stand representatives, upload banners, presentations (PDF), and videos (YouTube links). Once the event begins, all visitors can view the event and establish contacts.

Yes; however, the Atexpo.online platform only provides the technical means for hosting the event and does not act as a seller of tickets or virtual stands. As the Event Organizer, you can manage access for exhibitors and visitors in your “Event Panel.” The Organizer independently selects the payment provider and bears full responsibility for the timely and accurate transfer of funds, dispute resolution, and refunds—since the purchase agreement arises exclusively between the Organizer and the Exhibitor/Visitor on the terms approved by the Organizer. The platform is not a party to any purchase agreement for virtual stands or tickets and does not provide payment-processing functions.

On Atexpo.online, you gain access to your exhibition event’s landing page (the “Lobby”), video conferencing for visitors (integrated with YouTube), virtual stands, chat communication, business-card exchange, virtual portfolios for saving contacts and presentations (with the ability to download or email this information), and other tools for convenient storage and exchange of information.

You can use all Atexpo.online features for free for an event with up to 10 booths, lasting up to 30 days, and up to 100 registered visitors.

No; however, external integration via API is planned for future release, which can be used to automate event management.

Yes, all visitors have the ability to rate a stand, with the average score and total number of ratings visible to everyone. Moreover, the event organizer and their team (administrators, moderators) can set up a survey within the "Event panel". This survey will be dispatched to all registered users via the event chat.

Atexpo.online services are paid for by the Event Organizer in the “Event Cabinet” on the “Payment” page. The Event Organizer can use the free plan and make a payment at any time to increase the number of virtual booths, registered visitors, or event duration within the available plans. Refunds of paid amounts are possible under the conditions specified on the “Agreement” page.

On Atexpo.online and within the "Event panel", you can reach out to online support to address any questions or issues related to the platform.

Payment can be made via SWIFT or bank transfer to the designated account, or by bank card that supports transactions in Ukraine or from abroad to the account of a Ukrainian company (private entrepreneur).

While Atexpo.online places no cap on the number of visitors to your event, for optimal performance, it's advised to host up to 1,000 visitors daily.

Exhibitors and visitor data is safeguarded in line with the privacy policy stated in the Agreement. Given that Atexpo.online is tailored for networking, the "virtual business card" details of each visitor are accessible to specific event's organizers and exhibitors (booths). Conversely, the "virtual business cards" of organizers and exhibitors (booths) are available to all registered visitors of that particular event.

Currently, users can choose from 5 "Lobby" designs and 9 booth designs based on banner count. The lobby features three mandatory sections: "Event schedule and participation terms", "Organizers", and "Contacts". Beyond these, event organizers have the freedom to create and populate additional sections as they see fit. Furthermore, booths offer over 70 background choices. Banner design for both the lobby and booths is highly customizable, allowing users to upload images from a gallery or directly from their phone camera. Illustrations without backgrounds (.png) can also be uploaded, facilitating not just standard rectangular designs but also other geometric shapes for banners.
