GLOBAL PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

1.1. Individual entrepreneur Kuzyk Volodymyr Vasylyovych, EDRPOU 3129604597, Ukraine, Lviv region, Lviv, Muchna st., building 62, apt. 4 (“Atexpo.online”, “We”) shares your concern about maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of personal information collected online. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and this privacy policy (“Policy”) is intended to describe our practices for collecting and disseminating information on Atexpo.online (“Websites”), including the websites we operate for the Event Organizer (Event Website, Event Cabinet, Stand Cabinet for Event Participants). Please review the Policy in its entirety and contact us using the contact information below if you have any questions. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with the Policy.
1.2. Atexpo.online collects, uses and shares your personal information on behalf of the Event Organizer and not for its own purposes. Please contact the Event Organizer directly for more information about its practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information. The Event Organizer controls the Event Website, the Event Cabinet, the verification and publication of stands, and the admission of users to the event. The aforementioned is provided by Atexpo.online on behalf of the Event Organizer and is governed by the terms of the agreement between you and the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer must publish the terms of this agreement on the main page of the Event Website (with detailed information on the Lobby page) or by any other means.
This Privacy Policy describes how Atexpo.online generally uses data collected in connection with the event website, as well as data arising from any interaction with Atexpo.online that occurs independently of the event website, in accordance with the provisions set out above.
1.3. The event website may facilitate interactions with third parties (referred to as “Third Parties”), similar to those occurring at in-person trade shows, job fairs, conferences, etc. In such cases, your Personal Information may be collected, used and disclosed to the Third Party in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the Event Organizer and the Third Party, as well as in accordance with the Third Party’s own policies. Please note that any relationship with Third Parties is governed by the Event Organizer, not Atexpo.online.
1.4. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the website to which we refer. By accessing the Atexpo.online websites or sending us information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information as set out in this Privacy Policy. In addition, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms set out in this policy.

Content Submission: We record information you provide through our forms, blogs, social media interactions, file uploads, and online chats during Events.

In such cases, the data processed through the Websites is done on behalf of the Event Organizer. If you have any questions or concerns about how the personal information in such data is processed, or if you wish to exercise your rights, you should contact the legal or natural person (data controller) that created the Event on the Atexpo.online platform. In such cases, the Event Organizers, stand owners and sometimes third parties as described above control the Personal Information. We can help the event organizers resolve your concerns in accordance with the Terms of Use.
The Event Organizer is solely responsible for fulfilling its legal and declarative obligations regarding the processing of your personal data, which they carry out independently, by their own means and for their own purposes. We are only responsible for our use of your personal data, and not the use of your personal data by the Event Organizer.
3.4. We may share your information with service providers, consultants, potential business partners or other third parties in the context of any review, negotiation or completion of a business transaction, if our company is sold, merged with another organization or in the event that we sell, consolidate, liquidate or transfer all or part of the Atexpo.online project as part of a transaction.
If we want to use the information we receive about you in a way that is not provided for in this policy, we will provide specific notice and ask for your consent at the time of collection.
3.5. Atexpo.online would like to send you information about products or services that we think may be of interest to you. By using the Websites, you have agreed to receive marketing emails. You have the right to prevent Atexpo.online from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please unsubscribe by sending your request to [team@atexpo.online]. 4.1. When you create an account on Atexpo.online, we collect and store certain information about you, including personal information. Registering for an event on our Websites may require you to provide additional personal information, such as your full name, phone number, etc. The User has the option to voluntarily add a photo, additional information (social media accounts, resume, work history, education, location, skills, areas of activity, interests, etc.) to their virtual business card. Providing additional information beyond that required during registration is optional, but it will allow you to better identify yourself.

4.2. The information you provide is collected by Atexpo.online on behalf of the Event Organizer and shared with legal or natural persons involved in the Event, such as Event Organizers, Stand Owners, Visitors or third parties. When providing your information, your information is governed by the policies of the relevant legal or natural persons, for which Atexpo.online is not responsible.
4.3. The general event chat function is intended for general use, therefore it is available to all registered event participants. Conversations that a user has at a stand are considered collective interactions with all representatives of that particular stand (these interactions will not be disclosed to the event organizers, representatives of other virtual stands or other visitors). In addition, the user's private chat history resulting from direct interactions with other participants will not be disclosed to the Event Organizers, Stand Owners or other Visitors.
4.4. We may provide your personal information to third-party contractors or suppliers to provide services available through our websites, including technical support or other services. These third parties are contractually obligated to use your personal information solely to provide the services requested by Atexpo.online.
4.5. We reserve the right to disclose certain user information if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, prevent a crime, ensure national security, or protect the interests or safety of Atexpo.online or other users of the website.
4.6. Please be aware that any Personal Information you share on the Websites may be available to other users of Atexpo.online, who may potentially use it to contact you without your consent or to send you unsolicited messages. 5.1. Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Please note that Atexpo.online does not protect your personal information from other users (event organizers, stand owners) when they act as controllers of your personal information, including when such information is stored by them outside the websites or by a third party authorized to view the event website; they are responsible for managing personal information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
5.4. Atexpo.online uses data centers designed to the highest standards of privacy and data security, located in Germany. Data related to the event website is stored for a maximum of three years. After this period, we delete the data from our databases and all backups.

6. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

6.1. At Atexpo.online we want to make sure that you are fully informed about your data protection rights. Your rights in this area may vary depending on your geographical location and the relevant legal basis. These rights generally include:

We may also facilitate communication with the Event Organizer on your behalf.

7. HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

As an Atexpo.online user, you can manage your personal information by logging into your account at any time and updating or changing the details on your virtual business card.
If you decide to deactivate your account, please let us know by sending an email to team@atexpo.online. Upon deactivation, your account will be deactivated and access to features such as viewing past events or receiving chat history with other participants will be terminated. Please note that certain information associated with your account may continue to be stored by Atexpo.online or may remain with the users to whom it was provided, in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We have a data center in Germany. In operating the event website, Atexpo.online transfers personal information in accordance with this policy.

9. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Please note that our websites may contain links to external websites that are not owned or controlled by Atexpo.online. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external websites. We encourage you to be cautious when leaving our websites and to review the privacy policy of each website that may collect your personal information.
