GLOBAL PRIVACY POLICY

Private entrepreneur Artem Mykhailovych Podoroha, registration number 3127516813 (“Atexpo.online”, “We” or “Our”) shares your concerns about maintaining the integrity and privacy of personal information collected on the internet. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and this privacy policy (“Policy”) is intended to describe our information collection and dissemination practices on the Atexpo.online (“Websites”) including the Websites that we run for an Event Organizer (Event Website, Event panel, Booth panel for Exhibitors). Please review the entire Policy and feel free to contact us using the contact information below if you have any questions. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with the Policy.
1.2.Atexpo.online collects, uses, and shares your Personal Information on behalf of the Event Organizer, rather than for its own purposes. Please contact the Event Organizer directly for details on their specific practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your Personal Information. The Event Organizer has control over the Event Website, Event panel, and the validation of the event's Exhibitors and their booths, access of Users to the Event. These are operated by Atexpo.online on the Event Organizer's behalf and are subject to the terms of the agreement between you and the Event Organizer. This agreement should be made available by the Event Organizer on the main page of the Event Website (with detailed information provided on the Lobby page) or by any other mean.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Atexpo.online typically uses data collected in connection with an Event Website, as well as data arising from any interactions with Atexpo.online that occur independently of the Event Website, subject to the provisions set forth above.
1.3. An Event Website may facilitate interactions with third parties (referred to as “Third Parties”), akin to those at an in-person commercial exhibition, job fair, conference, or trade show. In such cases, your Personal Information may be subject to collection, usage, and sharing by the Third Party in accordance with any terms agreed upon between the Event Organizer and the Third Party, as well as the Third Party's own policies. Please note that any relationship with Third Parties is managed by the Event Organizer and not by Atexpo.online.
1.4. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service for the Websites, which are incorporated herein by reference. By accessing the Websites or submitting information to us, you are giving your consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of the information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

This collection can occur at various points, such as when you register with our Websites, fill your Virtual Business Card,interact with the Websites or our team, and during your involvement in an Event.

Personal Information: This refers to data that personally identifies you, such as your name, contact details (including email address, physical address, and phone numbers), password, and photograph. Note that the definition of Personal Information may vary by jurisdiction, and we will adhere to the broader scope where applicable laws dictate.
Demographic Information: We gather data such as your postal code, country, work experience, skills, industry background, certifications, and educational qualifications. This information helps facilitate connections between you and other event participants, like exhibitors or visitors.
Preference Information: To customize your experience, we collect preferences such as your desired time zone or whether to display certain dialog boxes on subsequent visits.
Content Submissions: We record information you provide through our forms, blogs, social media interactions, file uploads, and online chats during Events.
Anonymous Information: We aggregate data like pages visited and duration of website use to gauge user engagement and improve our Websites.
When you link your social media profile to our Websites, we access the information you permit us to view. This can include using your social media credentials to log into our Websites.
2.3. Our Websites automatically collect certain information through cookies and web beacons, which includes: a) Device Information: Details of the devices used to access the Internet, like IP addresses, as well as device, browser, and operating system types; b) Traffic Data: Referral pages and URLs, the sequence of pages visited within our Websites, and the exit pages or URLs; c) Usage Details: Dates and times of access, specific actions taken on the Websites, such as page views and navigation patterns; d) Geolocation Data: A general geographic location, such as country and city, from which our Websites are accessed; e) Search Terms: Specific search terms that led you to our Websites. 3.3.Event Organizers may use Atexpo.online (Event Website, Event panel) to process data, which may include your personal information. In such cases, the data processed through the Websites is on behalf of the Event Organizer. If you have questions or concerns about how personal information in such data is handled, or if you would like to exercise your rights, you should contact the entity or individual(the data controller) that created the Event on the Atexpo.online platform. The Event Organizers, Exhibitors, and sometimes Third Parties, as described above, control the Personal Information in such cases. We can assist the Event Organizers in addressing your concerns in accordance with the Terms of Service.
The Event Organizer remains solely responsible for fulfilling their legal and declarative obligations regarding the processing of your personal data, which they carry out independently, with their own means, and for their own purposes. We are responsible only for our use of your personal data, and not for any other use by the Event Organizer.
3.4.We may transfer your information to service providers, advisers, potential transaction partners, or other third parties in the context of any review, negotiation, or completion of a business transaction, should our company be sold, merge with another entity, or in the event that we sell, merge,liquidate, or transfer all or a portion as part of the transaction.
Should we wish to use the information we obtain about you in ways not covered by this policy, we will provide specific notice and request your consent at the time of collection.
3.5.Atexpo.online would like to send you information about products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. By using the Websites you have agreed to receive marketingletters.You have the right to prevent Atexpo.online from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please unsubscribe by sending your request to [team@atexpo.online]. Opting out of our marketing communications will not prevent you from receiving transactional emails from Atexpo.online related to your use of the Websites. Furthermore, you will continue to receive marketing related to an Event Website until you specifically opt out of such communications.
4.HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1.When you establish an account on Atexpo.online, we collect and retain certain information about you, including Personal Information. Event registration on our Websites may require you to provide further personal details, such as your full name, telephone number, etc. The User has the possibility to voluntarily add to his virtual business card a photograph, additional information (social media accounts, resume, work history, educational background, location, skills, industry, interests), among other information. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional, but enables you to better identify yourself.
4.2.The information you supply is collected by Atexpo.online on behalf of the Event Organizer and shall be disseminated to entities or individuals engaged in the Event, such as Event Organizers, Exhibitors, Visitors, or Third Parties. Upon sharing, your information shall be governed by the policies of the respective entitiesor individuals, for which Atexpo.online is not liable.
4.3.The general chat feature of an event is designated for public use and is, thus, available to all registered participants of the event. Conversations that a user has at a booth are considered collective interactions with all representatives of that specific booth (these interactions will not be disclosed to Event Organizers, representatives of other Virtual Booths, or other Visitors). Additionally, a user’s private chat history, stemming from direct interactions with other participants, will not be disclosed to Event Organizers, Exhibitors, or other Visitors.
4.4.We may share your Personal Information with third-party contractors or service providers to deliver the services available through our Websites, including technical support or other services. These third parties are contractually obligated to use your Personal Information solely for the provision of the services requested by Atexpo.online.
4.5.We reserve the right to disclose particular user information if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, to avert a crime, to ensure national security, or to protect the interests or safety of Atexpo.online or other Website users.
4.6.Be cognizant that any Personal Information you share on the Websites may be accessible to other Atexpo.online users, who may potentially use it to contact you without your consent or to send you unsolicited messages. Atexpo.online assumes no responsibility for Personal Information that you elect to submit on the Websites.

5.3.Please be aware that Atexpo.online does not protect your Personal Information from other users (Event Organizers, Exhibitors) when they act as the controller of your Personal Information, including when such information is held by them outside of the Websites or by a Third Party authorized to join an Event Website. They are solely responsible for managing Personal Information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5.4.Atexpo.online utilizes data centers engineered to the highest standards of privacy and data security situated in Ukraine. Data associated with an Event Website is retained for no longer than three years. Upon expiration of this period, we proceed to delete the data from our databases and all backups.
6.YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
6.1.At Atexpo.online, we want to ensure that you are fully informed of your data protection rights. Your entitlements in this area may vary based on your geographical location and the corresponding legal framework. These rights typically include:
- You can request copies of your personal data from Atexpo.online.
- If you believe that any information, we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct or complete it.
- You can request that Atexpo.online delete your personal data, subject to certain conditions.

For us to process your request, we may need to verify your identity. In instances where we are processing your Personal Information on behalf of an Event organizer, we will guide you to address your request directly to the Event Prganizer. Alternatively, we may facilitate communication with the Event organizer on your behalf.
7.HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a user of Atexpo.online, you can manage your Personal Information by logging into your account at any time and updating or amending the details on your Virtual Business Card.
If you decide to deactivate your account, please inform us by sending an email to team@atexpo.online. Upon deactivation, your account will be logged out and access to features such as viewing past events or retrieving chat histories with other participants will be disabled. Please note that some information associated with your account may continue to be stored by Atexpo.online or may remain with the users with whom it has been shared, in accordance with our privacy policy.
8.INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We have datacenter location in Ukraine. When operating an Event Website, Atexpo.online transfers personal information pursuant to these policies.
9.LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Please be aware that our Websites may feature links to external websites that are not under the ownership or control of Atexpo.online. We are not accountable for the privacy protocols of those external websites. We advise you to exercise caution when you navigate away from our Websites and to review the privacy policies of each website that may collect your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy is strictly applicable to information gathered by Atexpo.online.

Atexpo.online processes Users' personal data strictly in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data.
Information required to handle your requests will be retained for three years from the date of your inquiry. Data stored on users’ devices, or any other method used to identify and track users or to assess the frequency of their visits, will not be kept for more than three years.
Our Privacy Policy is applicable solely to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website in relation to the information that they have shared on the website. This policy does not extend to any information gathered online or offline or through channels other than the Website.
